Matthew has led at board level throughout his career in retail, franchise, legal and professional services. That includes acting as COO of Ryman, MD of Bargain Booze – a £500m turnover franchise business – and leading a £63.5m private equity-backed management buy-out. He understands the pressures, the trade-offs and the decisions that commercial leaders face at significant moments in a business's life.

Contingent fees. For certain engagements – particularly where the work is directly tied to a revenue or margin outcome – a contingent or outcome-linked fee arrangement is available. This is not the default, but it is worth discussing if the right structure for your situation.
