As an experienced executive coach and leadership mentor, I specialise in supporting senior professionals, business owners and emerging leaders as they navigate through moments of transformation, transition and growth.

My coaching is grounded in a person-centred approach and informed by more than twenty-five years of senior commercial leadership. I am known for a coaching style that combines psychological depth with commercial realism — working credibly with high-performing professionals who want both clarity and challenge.
