Leaders, Coaches & Organisations

The four services draw different kinds of clients: executives and business owners seeking one-to-one coaching; practising coaches who invest in their own professional supervision; organisations that want bespoke leadership and management training for their teams; and businesses looking for experienced commercial consultancy at a point of growth or change.

SME Founders & Business Owners

Entrepreneurs building or scaling businesses who need a thinking partner who understands both commercial strategy and the psychological complexity of ownership.

Senior Executives & C-Suite

Leaders navigating complex organisational dynamics, career transitions, or the demands of operating at the very top of their profession.

Lawyers & Accountants

Professionals moving towards greater autonomy – building or growing a practice, moving to a new firm, or redefining success on their own terms.

Sales Leaders

High-performing sales professionals seeking to break through plateaus, lead more effectively, and build sustainable high-performance habits and mindsets.

Emerging Leaders

Professionals stepping into their first significant leadership or ownership role who want to accelerate their development with the right structure and support.

Professionals in Transition

Those returning from career breaks, pivoting industries, or rebuilding their practice after a period working in-house, ready to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Where are you right now?

My role is to help you bridge the gap between where you are today and the professional, personal or commercial future you want to create. I help clients design careers and practices that are commercially successful, values-aligned and psychologically sustainable.

A Tailored Coaching Relationship

Coaching is a formal process of facilitated self-discovery, tailored to your personal requirements to assist you in defining and achieving your goals and outcomes. It is not training, and it is not therapy.

Clients describe my approach as calm, insightful and grounded. They value the combination of strategic clarity, honest challenge and compassionate support that allows them to think more clearly, make better decisions and move forward with confidence.

  • I am open and transparent about the methods and processes I use throughout our work together.

  • I have service continuity arrangements in place should I be unexpectedly unable to continue.

Excellent Practice

  • I operate within the limits of my professional competence and refer you to a more suitable practitioner where that would better serve your needs.
  • I engage in regular supervision with a suitably qualified supervisor, at a frequency appropriate to my practice.
  • I discuss any ethical dilemmas, including those arising from the use of technology, with my supervisor or peer supervision group.
