Some coachees find it helpful to spend a few minutes reflecting before a coaching session. This short form is an entirely optional tool — there is no obligation to complete it, and no 'correct' answers. The questions below are simply prompts to help you identify the most appropriate focus for your next session. Complete as much or as little as feels useful.

Select the option that feels closest to your current state.

This might be a challenge, an opportunity, a relationship, a decision, or something you simply cannot stop thinking about.

A goal or objective you are actively working towards

A decision you need to make — or have been putting off

A challenge that is blocking progress on something that matters

A new opportunity you want to think through

Stakeholders might include family members, close friends, clients, customers, colleagues, team members, or business partners — anyone with a genuine stake in your success and wellbeing.

What would the people who care about you most want you to focus on?

What would your most important clients or customers want you to be working on?

Is there a topic you know others are aware of but you have not yet brought to coaching?

It is entirely normal to feel stuck or to avoid certain things — naming them here is often the first step towards addressing them.

A conversation you have been putting off

A decision that feels too difficult or unclear to make

A task or project you keep deprioritising

A pattern of behaviour you have noticed but not yet addressed

Something you know you need to do but keep finding reasons not to
