This assessment uses targeted behavioural questions to diagnose your current competency level across all 83 CEML competencies. Unlike a simple self-rating, each competency is assessed through five scenario-based questions that probe your knowledge, practice, decision-making, impact and development approach. Allow 60–90 minutes for a full, uninterrupted assessment.

How to respond: Each competency begins with an Understanding Check – a knowledge question that tests your grasp of the competency. Answer it carefully: a wrong answer reduces the weight applied to your behavioural responses for that competency. The five behavioural questions that follow have no right or wrong answers; select the option that most accurately describes your typical behaviour in practice, not what you aspire to do.
